Sigma Phi Epsilon’s from around the country decended upon Dallas, Texas late Friday evening for the Carlson Leadership Academy. Our executive officers have been busy being mentored and collaborating with other chapters to further improve their preparation for the upcoming semester. 

“It is always a great experience to get to network with the other chapter officers” said Brogan Ezell, Texas Rho Chapter President, “Specifically in my position, learning about how other individuals are leading their chapter in the proper way and direction has me feeling inspired and prepared for the future of SigEp Texas Rho.”

Although Carlson will end late Saturday night, the connections, lessons, and inspiration from this event will be with our Executive Officers as they head back to Baylor University.
